Summer Love

One thing that's really big for this summer is the color white.  I've seen it in Teen Vogue of course, but also countless other fashion magazines.  My favorite spread is one in Teen Vogue with Dave Franco and Laura Love as models. It's literally amazing...I look at it everyday!  Not only are the clothes cute, but Dave's not too bad either.  I could only find a couple pictures from the spread, but if you have the magazine, take a second look at it!

Also, this week I have an AP World Exam (eek!), a research paper to write, and finals in two weeks.  I'll be pretty busy, but hopefully in the summer I can write a lot more because I'll have more free time.

Alexander McQueen.  These shoes are completley and 100% amazing!

Another summer trend I like is patterns on patterns.  Something super different from the all white look?  Yeah, for sure.  But do I like it?  No doubt!  I guess I'll just have to fill my closet with both looks.

I found this collage on the Fashion Allure website.  It really catches the pattern on pattern idea that's going to be popular this summer.

New York City

I recently went to New York City for my birthday with my dad, my friend, and her dad.  We had so much fun, despite the intense wind and rain on Saturday.  My friend and I spent a whole day shopping, just us, and navigated our way through the busy city.  Surprisingly, we never even got lost.  We shopped along 5th Avenue, went to Dylan's Candy Bar, and then walked down to the Plaza Hotel to visit the Eloise store.  Something that was really fun was bargining in China Town--although it was poruing and busy, we still managed to have a good time making deals.  It was all so much fun and I wish I was there right now!  Our hotel had an amzing view of Ground Zero, and even though I've been to the city countless times, this was the first time I'd seen it from up high looking down.  There's always something new and exciting to do everytime you come to New York even if you've been a thousand times.  Here are just a few of the 300 pictures I took in just 3 days...I know, thats a lot of pictures. :)
Amazing gelato!

Here's the amazing Ground Zero view from our hotel.
